Karbonn has just added two new Android smartphones to its Titanium range with the launch of the Titanium Moghul and Titanium S205 GB. Both are entry-level devices with quad-core processors, Dragontrail scratch resistant glasses, dual-SIM slots, 3G connectivity, and options to expand internal storage via microSD cards.
Talking about the Titanium Moghul first, the phone features a 5-inch qHD IPS display. It offers a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, aided by 1GB of RAM. For storage, it offers 8GB of internal memory, which users can further expand up to 32GB via a microSD card. For imaging, it gets an 8MP autofocus rear camera with an LED flash, and a 3.2MP front shooter. Connectivity features include dual-SIM slots, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. A 2,000mAh battery keeps the phone running. On the software-front, the device runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
The Titanium S205 GB appears to be the same device as the Titanium S205 Plus, which was announced in October this year. It comes with 16GB of expandable memory, a 5-inch HD display, Android 5.1 Lollipop, and a 2,200mAh battery. The rest of its specifications are the same as the Titanium Moghul.
The Karbonn Titanium Moghul and Titanium S205 GB have been officially priced at Rs 5,790 and Rs 6,790 respectively. However, at the time of writing the story, they are available from some of the online retailers for as little as Rs 5,000 and Rs 6,500 respectively.
