Vivo is all set to launch the successor to the Vivo V9, aka the V11 Pro in India on September 6 at an event scheduled to happen in Mumbai. Ahead of the launch, the Chinese smartphone maker has been teasing the V11 Pro stating that it will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor just like what we have seen on the Vivo NEX. But compared to the NEX, the Vivo V11 Pro is expected to be much cheaper, which means it will be for the masses.
Vivo is also touting the camera of the V11 Pro besides the in-display fingerprint sensor. In the teasers, Vivo has revealed that the V11 Pro is not only capable of capturing great pictures in good lighting, but is equally good at capturing clear and detailed photos in tricky lighting. Vivo has confirmed that the V11 Pro will come with dual AI-based cameras paired with dual Pixel sensors. Let’s take a look at everything that Vivo has in store to offer with the V11 Pro:
–Vivo V11 Pro will come with company’s own Halo FullView display, the company has confirmed. Earlier last week, Android Pure website posted the full specs sheet of the Vivo phone. According to the specs sheet, the Vivo V11 Pro will come with a massive 6.41-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a fingerprint sensor placed beneath the screen. The Super AMOLED display of the V11 Pro is expected to offer great viewing experience to the users. Meaning, one will love watching videos and also play visually attractive games on the phone.
–Another highlight of the V11 Pro besides the in-display fingerprint sensor will be the Waterdrop notch. The Vivo phone will come with a Waterdrop notch on top of the display like that of the recently launched Oppo R17. This means the bezels on the V11 Pro will be minimal compared to the previous V series phones. The leaked live images and renders of the V11 Pro show that the phone will have a slightly thicker chin compared to the other three sides. The leaked images also reveal that the phone will have a sleek look.
–The Vivo V11 Pro will come with AI Dual Rear camera. The leaked specs sheet suggests that the phone will sport dual pixel cameras consisting of a primary sensor of 12-megapixel and a secondary sensor 5-megapixel. V11 Pro will include AI Scene recognition feature. On the front, the V11 Pro will come with a 25-megapixel AI based camera, the specs sheet had revealed. Vivo is teasing that the V11 Pro is capable of capturing clear and detailed pictures in low-light situations as well.
–Rumours reveal that the Vivo V11 Pro will come with face unlock support. Not just that, the leaked specs sheet suggests that the phone could also be unlocked in the dark.
–The Vivo V11 Pro will come with fast charging technology, the rumours have revealed. The smartphone is tipped to come with a 3400mAh battery paired with dual engine fast charging support.
–The leaked specs sheet reveal that the V11 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AI chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. The phone is said to come with triple card slot. Meaning users will be able to use two SIM cards and a microSD card at the same time.
The Vivo V11 Pro, which is the successor to the Vivo V9, is expected to be a mid-range smartphone. There are high chances that the V11 Pro will cost somewhere around the Rs 30,000 mark, which means it will compete with the Xiaomi Poco F1 and also the OnePlus 6. If the V11 Pro is actually priced around Rs 30,000 it is safe to say that it will be the cheapest in-display fingerprint sensor phone launched till date.
Ahead of the launch, the full specs sheet, live images, and renders of the V11 Pro have surfaced online. The availability details of the phone have also been leaked online. The V11 Pro is said to go on pre-orders very soon, which will last until September 11. The smartphone is said to go on sale in India for the first time on September 12. Vivo is yet to confirm the details though.
Meanwhile, some reports suggest that Vivo is likely to also announce the V11 alongside the V11 Pro on September 6, but the company is yet to reveal details on the same.
